provided value engineering options to every element of earthworks undertaken on the project.
Through a detailed CL:AIRE DoWCoP MMP, robust assessment, structural soil stabilisation and soil processing the value has been seen in enabling shallow foundations and a move away from a carbon and cost heavy piled solution and well as providing site won materials in lieu of significant aggregate import driving sustainability whilst improving programme and saving significant cost.
