COSTCO CAR PARK & PFS

Toureen were appointed to carry out four phases of works

Comprising of a new upper deck (1st floor) to an area of the existing car park, an extension of the existing 2 storey building to provide more office space, construction of a petrol filling station on site and upgrade works to the remaining car park area. The works also include the installation of a new pump house, LV switch room and water tanks.

BP PFS & EV Charging Station

The works consisted of the extension of the existing sales building to facilitate additional sales floor space, upgraded toilet facilities and a seating area for customers. The external works consisted of a new HGV fuel area with additional fuel tank and canopy installed and a re-design of the existing site to allow the COSTA drive thru lane and associated parking area to be installed.
