Our project teams employ innovative mitigation methods and a collaborative approach with stakeholders to ensure that we set a positive tone for the developments we work on, both during our works and for the onward development long after we have left site.As part of our projects, we strive to creating local job opportunities, minimise disruption, support multiple charitable initiatives and local businesses, and collaborate and engage with the community throughout the works.

Investing in our teams and younger generations coming through the company is crucial to us, as fundamentally they are at the heart of delivering our mission to build a brighter, more responsible future, ensuring that we’re a resilient business for years to come.
We take on apprentices from the local areas of our projects, give work experience opportunities, hold talks at industry events, schools and universities Outreach programmes, and offer ongoing training for employees and subcontractors to ensure a highly skilled workforce.

Our people drive our success, and their wellbeing is our priority. We implement numerous initiatives across the business to ensure and promote good health and wellbeing. From our published Safety Standards – including Toureen Minimum standards to protect both workers and communities, employee mental health, with access to our dedicated mental health first aiders and access to employee programmes such as the Lighthouse Charity, to our work-life balance drive to encourage wellness initiatives such as our in-house Toureen gym, Strava Group and a range of events and team sports.
