Building One of the Largest EV Charging HUBS in Europe

Toureen were thrilled to have been appointed as principal contractor by the EV Network to build one of the largest electric vehicle (EV) charging hubs in Europe.

Located within the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) campus the EV hub is capable of charging a massive number of 180 EVs simultaneously, consisting of 30 ultra-fast BP Pulse DC 150kW charge points and 150 number fast 7kW charge points.

For coffee lovers we also built a drive-through Starbucks as part of the wider works. The EV Hub site was officially opened on the 7^th September 2023 by the Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt.
