Toureen completed the Design and Build of Morrison’s latest spec 15,000 sq ft supermarket adjacent to a busy thoroughfare in Camden, north London.

This was the first phase of the overall Camden Goods Yard redevelopment plan, which now moves on to the demolition of the nearby Morrison’s superstore to make way for a 11,700 sqft retail space with 573 new built apartments above.

The redevelopment plan is being managed by St. George West London, part of the Berkley Group, who along with Morrison’s both entered into contract with Toureen to complete various elements of the scheme.

BP PFS & EV Charging Station

The works consisted of the extension of the existing sales building to facilitate additional sales floor space, upgraded toilet facilities and a seating area for customers. The external works consisted of a new HGV fuel area with additional fuel tank and canopy installed and a re-design of the existing site to allow the COSTA drive thru lane and associated parking area to be installed.

EV HUB at NEC Birmingham

Toureen were appointed as principal contractor to build one of the largest electric vehicle (EV) charging hubs in Europe. We also provided the demolition service of the existing forecourt, followed by the construction of a large sales building offering a Budgens store and COSTA café to the local community. Our work received high praise from our client, and the Mayor of Wandsworth, who opened the EV area.
